I’m calling this Baby Margherita Cups.  I cut the bread with a round cookie cutter.  I stuffed the bread in muffin pans, greased with a little butter.  I layered the topping in this order:  sliced tomatoes, minced basil, chunky mozzarella.  We baked it for about 10 minutes at 175C.  When we opened the oven, it smelled like pizza margherita!  But next time, I should add more mozzarella.
