I cut some portobello mushrooms and cooked them in a pan with a teaspoon of pesto sauce, until fragrant.  On a tortilla, I assembled sauteed mushrooms, shredded cheddar and lettuce, then my mom rolled it into a wrap.  I had this for breakfast with bacon and strawberries.
