Today was the last day of my Pilipino class and I made some Baby Quiche for our potluck merienda. I beat some eggs well; while my mom cut some cheddar, ham and basil. Then I cooked the cut ham in truffle oil. I added all those ingredients and poured them into lightly buttered muffin pans. After 10 minutes in the oven, voila! My summer classmates and the parents all loved them!
