We celebrated Kuya Carl’s college acceptance with lunch at Italliani’s in Fort Bonifacio.  We did not like it, at first, because a boxing match was on TV, so the place was dark and loud.  After the fight, it was better.  I ordered the kids’ create-your-own pizza.  They gave me the dough, then I added the shredded cheddar cheese and three pieces of pepperoni myself and then, gave it to the waiter to cook.  My favorite food there are the truffle fries di lissi, new york cheesecake with raspberry sauce and the delicious appetizer breads.
