This is the first chicken dish I ever made — parmesan chicken with mustard honey dip. The dip was a simple mixture of prepared mustard, honey and Japanese mayo. While the chicken breasts were marinating in olive oil, mustard and salt, I prepared a shallow dipping dish with breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper and beat one egg in a different bowl. Then my brother and I took the chicken, dipped it in egg and covered it with the breading. I used my hands and got all messy. Mommy arranged the coated chicken on a tray, drizzled it with a little melted butter and baked it for 30 minutes. Five stars!
