Today, I made bibingka, a famous native delicacy. The mix came in a box my mom bought in the grocery, so it was easy to make. Instead of making them flat like pancakes, I made them into cupcakes, which was much better. I liked the texture, and the taste of the butter we melted over them. Instead of cupcake paper, we used cut wax paper to make them look a little different. My brother, my sister and I all loved it!
